We are so used to our "name brands" that it often takes us a while to try the new products.

Momworkdc, it sounds like such an easy meal. Thank you for sharing it with us. I love easy!J Rodneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15343780270541725148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4898864335802994573.post-4215832824676426712011-02-06T13:34:29.047-08:002011-02-06T13:34:29.047-08:00I have used these for years ~ almost every weekend...I have used these for years ~ almost every weekend for my "famous" "Potato, Egg and Cheese Stuff" ... I microwave the puffs right in the bag to defrost them ~ moosh them all up using a kitchen towel so as not to burn my hands after taking them out of the microwave, spray a big non-stick skillet, start the now hashbrown to browing with a little salt, pepper, onion powder and a littler bit of garlic powder. Whisk 10-12 eggs with a little milk, pour them into a "well" I've made in the almost cooked has browns, scramble the eggs, then stir the potatoes back down from the edges into the eggs, stir in 1/2 a bag of either monterey jack/cheddar cheese or mexican style cheese (shredded from Aldi)...it's delish and the kids love it ... great for when they have had sleepover friends ~ it feeds a crowd! If we don't eat it all, I put the leftovers into single serving zippy bags and it makes for a quick breakfast during the week on our way out the door ~ or for me at work! I appreciate the time you take for these reviews and also for including the price comparisons.Cheryl @ Simply Shoeboxeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06128246500106501585noreply@blogger.com
