Aldi Price Variations Alerts From Aldi Spot Readers and The Blogosphere

While most prices are the same in all Aldi stores across the country, there are often price variations. Here at The Aldi Spot you can find an Aldi Price Comparison list between Aldi, Publix, Target and Walmart, but these prices should be used as a guide as there might be regional variations.

  1. here in the dallas, tx area our white bread has been $0.69, and hamburger and hotdog bums both $0.75. Our apples have been on sale for $1.49, but go up to $2.69 regular price. Avocados have been $0.49. Gallon milk has been $0.99 for a while now, and $0.49 for a dozen eggs. I'm very curious what these two things cost elsewhere.

  2. Amanda, when was the last time you saw these prices? (trying to figure out whether to include them in this week's price variations list).

Your prices are fantastic, and it is really interesting to see how the prices vary from region to region. The prices in South Florida are usually higher than in the rest of the country, and that goes for other stores such as Publix as well.
$0.49 for a dozen of eggs! WOW!

  3. The milk has been that price for months, the eggs too. The most recent ad actually had the eggs priced higher on the paper (.69 or .79, i think) but I haven't been to my store since to check. In the past they were more on paper, but less in the store. I will let you know. My family from Louisiana brings ice chests over here when they visit because their eggs are nearly $2 and milk nearly $4 so they bring some back home with them.

  4. Thanks Amanda, I really appreciate the update. It has been a BIG change to get Aldi to S. Fl, because our egg and milk prices can get very high too. No wonder your family stocks up,when they come to visit.
